Prior to joining Belvedere, Mr. Lenhard worked in the investment banking group of J.P. Morgan and spent a year in South America advising small businesses on raising capital. Previously, Mr. Lenhard worked as a management consultant with Marakon Associates and The Parthenon Group, focused primarily on the financial services sector. During that time, he spent two years based in Singapore and six months in London advising global commercial banks.

Mr. Lenhard holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
