Prior to joining Belvedere, Mr. Lim was with McKinsey and Company, specializing in financial services. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Lim was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and Smith Barney where he focused on financial services, specialty retail and technology sectors. He was also with Transamerica Corporation (before the sale to Aegon), as part of a five-person strategy and corporate development group, reporting directly to the CEO.
Mr. Lim is a member of the investment committee at Belvedere, and also a member of the Board of Directors of Green Bancorp and of Belvedere SoCal.
Mr. Lim holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an AB in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.
